Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces or about 225 grams of your cooked preferred pasta (such as spaghetti, linguine, or penne)
  • 2 cups or 475 milliliters fresh or frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup or 60 milliliters fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup or 60 milliliters fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup or 60 milliliters pine nuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup or 60 milliliters olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Blend peas, mint, basil, pine nuts, garlic, and olive oil until smooth.
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Toss the pesto with the cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
