- 1 3/4 cups or 220 g all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup or 100 g granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup or 60 ml unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)
- 1/4 cup or 60 ml vegetable oil
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the coating
- 1/2 cup or 100 g granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp vegan butter melted
Mix Dry Ingredients:
